At The Pasta Bros.™ we have a good dream: to make people know and appreciate the taste of authentic culinary traditions of our land, Italy, by bringing the amazing flavours of our cuisine to the streets of Los Angeles.

We love what we do, and do not make any compromises: this is why our dishes are carefully prepared following the traditional recipes of the past, the same recipes we have had the fortune to know and taste from our grandmothers first and then from our mom.

All our dishes are made from scratch using the most fresh organic ingredients, so that we provide you with tasty and healthy dishes.

In our pastas, sauces and desserts you will never find any trace of preservatives or colorings that are not naturally derived from herbs, spices or vegetables.

This is because we firmly believe that healthy and natural food can help us live better and improve our relationship with Nature.
